BAJAUR AGENCY: Pakistan People’s Party and people’s students’ federation local chapter Friday stage a protest demonstration against the prime minister’s conviction by the Supreme Court for contempt.
The protest demonstration was organized by PPP local chapter was held at the front of Bajaur press club here at khar .
Hundreds of workers, local elders and office bearers of PPP, PSF, People’s  youth wing and People Teachers association were participated the demonstration.
Participations of the demonstration chanting in the favor of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and against the Supreme Court decision.

Addressing the demonstration the speakers condemned the prime minister conviction by the Supreme Court and said, “The verdict against the prime minster was against democracy and that was contempt of public mandates given to the prime minister,” the speakers said.
They said that the court decision against the primer was a part of conspiracy against the Pakistan people party government, “some elements in the country don’t want that Pakistan people party government continued its service for the betterment of the common people of the country,” they added.
They said that pakistan people party believed  in the service of the poor people of the country and this was the reason the common people of the country supported  the PPP,” The wining of Multan NA seat showed the  people confidence on the party and its leader ship,” they said .
They said that prime minister’s conviction was an unsuitable’ decision and this was not in the
Favor of the country and the people, “the prime minister conviction would lead to higher uncertainty in the country which was already passing through the most crucial time of its history,” they said
The speakers ask the supreme to review the decision because the workers will never accept this, “Because we believed that was a totally biased illegal and un constitutionally decision of the court,”

He said that tournaments of the different games would be launched in the different area of fata.

KHAR:  fresh Recruitments in Frontier Crops launched on Monday in Bajaur agency, 58 youth from the major tribes of FATA would be recruited in the first phase of recruitments, Frontier crops official said.In order to enhance the strength of Bajaur Scouts, fresh recruitments in the Bajaur Scouts has been started here in the Head quarter of Bajaur scouts at khar.

An official of the Bajaur Scouts Lt, Col Ayub Awan  told reporter here at khar,

  “the current recruitments in the FC forces has been launched in the order of the Inspector General Frontier crops to full fill the vacancies vacated after the Retirement of the senior FC personnel,” he said. 

He said that 58 personals belong to Mahsood. Khatak . Afridi , Momand , Tharkani and Utmain khail tribes  would be recruited in the first phase of the recruitments started from to day .

He told  that hundreds of people  of the different areas of FATA and KPK have been submitted their application, He said that a proper selection committee comprising senior officials and a doctor has been formed for the recruitments process.“Only those candidates will be giving preference who having at least matriculation education qualification and dynamic physical body according to the basic requirements of all  forces,” he added.

KHAR.April22: Political agent Bajaur, Islam zeb has said that the agency would be cleared from the polio Disease this year, he urged the local for their active support in the anti polio campaign in the region. Speaking at the inaugurated ceremony of the current  three days anti polio campaign at the Rural health center Charmang of Tehisl Nawagai on Sunday, Islam zeb  said that government is very interested  for the  complete  eradication of polio in the country, “because  polio virus   is become a  serious  challenged  to  the government, ” he added .
He urged the Tribal elders and  Ulema  for extended their supports and said  the rule  and  assistance  of local is very  compulsory  for the  eradication  this disease  from the region.
 “Government is depended on public and cant doing anything without the supports of the community,” Islam added.
 On this occasion P A, formally inaugurated the tree days anti polio drive starting from Monday and administered polio drops to child.  Agency, Surgion Dr Jan zeb dawar , other health official ,notable  tribal elders and ulema were present in  the opening ceremony . Mean while agency communication officer Rafiq Ahmad has said that 217000 children under the age of five years would be vaccinated during the current campaign across the agency.  Taking to reporter here in khar on Sunday, he said that 628 teams have been constituted which will go door to door in the whole agency.
He said that due to favorable law and order situation in the agency number of children have been increased and said that for the first time since 2007 the current campaign would be extended to all the areas of the agency.
“All the no go areas and resistance from the people have been ended and the refusal cases are also reduces to very level   in the region,” he said.

Tribal elders, Ulema . Political and social leaders of the

among  the three countries in the world where large number of children suffering every  year from the polio virus . He said that polio is become a serious challenge for the government

because this disease affecting country dignity and therefore the government is struggling for the early eradication of this disease from the country. He   asked the elders   ulema   and politician to extended their support and ply active role for the eradication of polio in the region, “because   government can’t doing   anything without the public supports and cooperation,” he added.

BAJAUR AGENCY , April19: Unidentified militants blew up a government running school in the Sharifkhana area of tehsil Nawagai on the night between Wednesday and Thursday, sources said.

Local said that some armed men entered in the building of Government Boys primary School situated outside form the village and planted explosive devices in the all parts of the building, “ The school was fully destroyed after the bombs went off with a big bang,” a resident of the area told reporter .

The local administration has confirmed the incident.

An official of the local administration Tariq Khan, Assistant Political agent Nawagi sub division told reporter on Thursday that the building was completely destroyed as result of many bomb exploded in the school building .

He said that watch man in the school was not present in the time of blast and he was at home situated near the school premises.

“Soon after the incident the administration has launched a search operation in the area and ten people including some local have been arrested,” Tariq Khan added.

He said that the local people would be responsible for the rebuilt of the school building according to collective responsibility.

Since May 2011 this was the 1^st Government running school destroyed by the unidentified militants

So for no one has claimed responsibility for the incident but the official alleged the militants for this incident.

It is to remember here that Bajaur is on the top in the destruction of educational institutions in the entire tribal region. According to the official of the education department, “ at least one hundred and seven governments running schools have been destroyed by the militants and only some of them have been rebuilt,” an official of the education department told this scribe .

This assurance was made by the elders of the khar tribe during a jarga with the official of administration  here at the Agency head quarter khar.  Hundreds of notable elders and political religious figures of the area participated in the jarga, while Assistant Political agent Tariq Khan and others official of the administration also attended the jarga.  The jarga of the elders  was summand by the local administration following the happening of some incident in the area few days ago. Law and order situation and strategy for the prevention of miscreants’ activities was  discussed in the jarga. Addressing the JargaTariq  khan said that the administration had fulfilled its obligation, “as a result of  which peace and writ of the government has been restored in the whole region and now this is the duty of the locals to maintain the law and order situation in the area, but the people of khar town filled to maintain the peace in the area,”he said. He added that khar town is very important place in the whole regain and the administration  want good environment in the area and   no one would be allowed to disturbed law and

 order situation in the khar town. He asks the people to  take active participation for the elimination of miscreants activities in the area.“This is the time the people must reorganized peace committees and restarts patrolling in the area because   the  situation may quickly become unfavorable in the region and for this purpose the  administration need the public support,” he added . KHAR: fata adhoc lecturers are appealing sympathetically from governor of Khyber pukhtunkhwa and chief minister of Khyber pukhtunkhwa that every movement of life  is proving poignant to our aspirations and our hopes are going dismayed when we are turning our eyes that no support is there to plead for the cause of regularizing  our services. It has been viewed that the recent provincial government is going to a pass a bill for the regularization of provincial adhoc lecturers while the wishes of FATA adhoc lecturers are a siding. We have the same service structure and we have rendered services in critical situations  only with the hope that the government will extend its sympathy for our regularization. It is to mention that while living in the same country, one adhoc period is going towards permanent position while another is on the mercy of God. Therefore, we are beseeching very humbly that our case too have to be dealt like the provincial adhoc lecturers so that our future may be saved from the trauma of unemployment.

BAJAUR AGENCY, April17: Member National Assembly from Bajaur Agency, Sayed Akhoon Zada Chatan on Tuesday said that Fata reforms would implemented very soon and the agency tribunal in all the tribal areas will be starts works till June 2012. Talking to news men here in khar, he said that the fata reforms unofficially implemented and no violation was occurred since the reforms was announced, “not implementation of the reforms on time was the only fault of establishment who always against the changes in the tribal system,” he added. He said that the federal government was very interested for more reforms in the tribal system, “Extension Of fundamental human rights and other positive changes in frontier crime regulation are likely to announce in next few months.” Chattan said. He said that federal government should immediately released
 funds for the construction of Fata medical college, Cadet Collage, 132 KV grade station and expansion of Sui gas pipe line from timargara ,district lower Dir to Bajaur agency. He said that these development schemes for the agency was approved by the federal government two years ago , but yet no funds have been
 released by the finance ministry for these schemes. He also demanded early released of funds for the
 Annual development programs (ADP) in the tribal area and said that due to the non availability of the funds, maximum of developments schemes are still finding .He said that as a result of not released amount on time
 last year only 30% of funds of the Annual development program were spent on schemes and 70% of funds was not utilized.

Member National Assembly  from Bajaur Agency, Sayed Akhoon Zada Chatan  on Monday  said  that  federal government  making all efforts  for  the  improvements  of literacy rate in the tribal area and  said that  works for the rehabilitation of damaged educational institutions would be launch very soon in the agency .Addressing at ceremony here at the Government post Degree collage khar, he said that Pakistan people party lead federal government was very interested in the improvement of the education sector in the tribal areas and for this purpose all the educational institutions which were damaged in the militancy would soon be reconstructed. MNA said that Bajaur agency was on top in education sector all over the tribal area, “ but unfortunately the recent militancy badly damaged this sector and now the agency  reversed  at least 20 years in the education sector.” He added. Mr,Chattan said that the students of the agency  are full of  sprit and talent  but  in the past they have been deprived from the basic educational facilities. He said that after the extenuation of political party act in the fata the people are well aware from his rights and they know their needs and no one would ignored them more from their basics rights. Infrastructure development schemes completed in Bajaur Agency.

In order to improve the living conditions of tribal people and provide good transportation facilities to the traders, shop keepers and general communities, the Political Administration has successfully completed the pavement of Pashat and Khar Bazars in Bajaur Agency. Another street pavement scheme has also been completed in village Bar Kalan in Mamund Tehsil. According to Details the street’s of Pashat and Khar Bazar were in dilapidated conditions. During the rainy seasons the traders, shop keepers and the passengers at bus ada were facing great hardships in movement. Therefore, the political administration on priority basis initiated the streets pavement program and paved 1650-meter long plain concrete streets along with construction of 1650-meters long drains system in Pashat Bazar. Similarly, In Khar Bazar a 76-meter long and 40-meter wide Bus ada have been paved. For proper sanitation system a 61-meter long sanitation drains has been constructed. Moreover, 60 meters long fiber glass shade has also been fixed to protect the shopkeepers from hot wheatear. Meanwhile, In Bar Kalan village of Tehsil Mamund, 2134-meters long residential streets have been paved and 915-meter long side drains system has been constructed. To prevent it from any damages 152-meter long retaining wall has also been constructed in the area. The development work is part of the Government’s pledged to provide basic amenities to the tribal communities. These schemes would not only provide better transportation and sanitation facilities to the traders and shop keepers but would also enhance the socio-economic condition of the area. This will benefit more than 16500 tribal people and traders in the agency
