BAJAUR AGENCY, April17: Member National Assembly from Bajaur Agency, Sayed Akhoon Zada Chatan on Tuesday said that Fata reforms would implemented very soon and the agency tribunal in all the tribal areas will be starts works till June 2012. Talking to news men here in khar, he said that the fata reforms unofficially implemented and no violation was occurred since the reforms was announced, “not implementation of the reforms on time was the only fault of establishment who always against the changes in the tribal system,” he added. He said that the federal government was very interested for more reforms in the tribal system, “Extension Of fundamental human rights and other positive changes in frontier crime regulation are likely to announce in next few months.” Chattan said. He said that federal government should immediately released
 funds for the construction of Fata medical college, Cadet Collage, 132 KV grade station and expansion of Sui gas pipe line from timargara ,district lower Dir to Bajaur agency. He said that these development schemes for the agency was approved by the federal government two years ago , but yet no funds have been
 released by the finance ministry for these schemes. He also demanded early released of funds for the
 Annual development programs (ADP) in the tribal area and said that due to the non availability of the funds, maximum of developments schemes are still finding .He said that as a result of not released amount on time
 last year only 30% of funds of the Annual development program were spent on schemes and 70% of funds was not utilized.
