Elders of Khar tribe Thursday announced full support to the administration for eliminating militant activities

KHAR, April 19:

 Elders of Khar tribe Thursday announced full support to the administration for eliminating  militant activities in the ` also assured to reorganize peace committees and restarting patrolling in the area. This assurance was made by the elders of the khar tribe during a jarga with the official of administration  here at the Agency head quarter khar.  Hundreds of notable elders and political religious figures of the area participated in the jarga, while Assistant Political agent Tariq Khan and others official of the administration also attended the jarga.  The jarga of the elders  was summand by the local administration following the happening of some incident in the area few days ago. Law and order situation and strategy for the prevention of miscreants’ activities was  discussed in the jarga. Addressing the JargaTariq  khan said that the administration had fulfilled its obligation, “as a result of  which peace and writ of the government has been restored in the whole region and now this is the duty of the locals to maintain the law and order situation in the area, but the people of khar town filled to maintain the peace in the area,”he said. He added that khar town is very important place in the whole regain and the administration  want good environment in the area and   no one would be allowed to disturbed law and

 order situation in the khar town. He asks the people to  take active participation for the elimination of miscreants activities in the area.“This is the time the people must reorganized peace committees and restarts patrolling in the area because   the  situation may quickly become unfavorable in the region and for this purpose the  administration need the public support,” he added . He said if the people did

 not showed positive response the administration would take stick action against them according to the collective and territorial responsibilities. He said that the administration is aware the  problems and needs the people of the area and for this purpose the  administration taking  keen interest for the welfare of the people. On this occasion senior  tribal elders Including Haji Rahat yousaf  (president PMLN Bajaur) ,  Gul afazal khan (General secretary ANP Bajaur) . Malik Abdur-Rahim . Malik Jafar khan jafar, Malik Yaqoob khan, Malik khan bahdar and others addressed the jarga.

 They said that they are  peace loving and patriotic citizen of the region who Always supported

 the administration. They assured the  administration their full support  for keeping peace in the area .

 They said that the people of khar town are fully alert to stop the miscreants activities, “we will

 reorganize peace committees from tomorrow (Friday) in  all over the khar town and will   starts

 patrolling  in the area from tonight ,” they added

 On this occasion the  administration released 15 prisoners arrested by the administration during the

 search operation in the area.
