 Political Agent Bajaur agency Syed Abdul jabar shah on Friday said that administration committed to eradicate polio in the agency an urged the tribal elders to continue cooperation with the administration in the vaccination drive in their respective areas. Speaking at the inaugurated ceremony of the current   three days polio drive here at Khar on Friday, he said that polio is become the most danger disease in the country not only suffering our children also damaging the country dignity in the world,“Because Pakistan among the three country in the world where polio virus still serious threats to human life,” He added.He requested  the elders, Ulema and social workers to extend their support in the anti polio vaccination drive and adding that invalid government cant did anything without the cooperation of the locals.He advised the official of the local health deportment to to speed up  your activities and must  Involved tribal elders and ulema in the polio drive, He warned of serious action those health official who’s efficiency could found unsatisfactory.Stick action would be also taken against those local who could disturbed the drive .” the administration decided that serious action would be taking those who refused drops to their children ,” He said On this occasion the tribal elders and the ulema assured the political agent for extending their full support in the anti polio drive in the agency. On this occasion, Agency surgeon Dr Jehan zeb dawar said that all the arrangements have completed for the three days anti polio drive starting from Monday and said that all the staff have orders to do effort as a team work Meanwhile agency communication officer Rafiq ahmad   said that 220037 children under the age of five years would be vaccinated in the current anti polio drive across the agency .Talking to reporters here during press briefing here at khar  , he said as a result of the restoration of writ of the government and peace the number of children in the agency have been increased and adding that the current figure of the children which would be vaccinated is the highest in the history of  the agency . He said that 659 teams have been formed which will perform their duties at transit points , including bus stands .bazaars , check posts . pak afghan borders areas and besides door to door .
