Seventeen Militants surrendered in Bajaur

Seventeen Militants surrendered unconditionally to the security force Charmang area of tehsil Nawagi on Thursday. In this connection, a ceremony was held  at charming area of tehsil Nawagi  which was attended by senior official of the administration and the security forces. A large number of tribal elders and members of several peace committees were also participated the ceremony. On this occasion, the militants toke oath on holey Quran, saying that in future  they will live as a peace full citizen in the area, “We will never participate any of anti state activities, nor be part of any militants group working against the country,” they added.  The Pak army official Lt conol Sohill has produced the surrender militants to the media. Talking to reporter the militants said that the militant’s commander had misguided them “they had told us the activities against the forces and the local was a part of jihad,” they added. Talking to reporters Lt conol Sohill said that as a result of the successful operation by the security forces in the area, Charming valley has been cleared from the militants. “Militants in the whole area has been eliminated and now there is no threats from the militants sides ,” he told . About the rule  of peace committees in the area .he said that the peace committees and Qumi laskhar are fully alert in the different parts of the areas and the forces appreciating the efforts and cooperation of the local elders .
