Tribal elders and workers of different political parties in Bajaur  have welcomed the supreme court decision about the disqualification of the prime minister Yusuf Raza gilani .Talking to reporter here at khar, Jumat-e-Islami Bajaur general secretary Qari Abdul majeed   said that the supreme court Tuesday order about the disqualification of Yousaf Raza gilani was fair and according to the constitution, “ the decision about the disqualification of the Country  chief executive showed that the judiciary in the country independent and unbiased,” He added . Senior Tribal elder and Chief of Umari Mamound ,Haji Sultan Khan said  the  Supreme Court yesterday order of disqualification of PM Gilani was the voice of every democratic person of the country and the Supreme Court have wan the heart of tribesmen.
“This would better for him if he obeyed the court order before the Tuesday disqualification order against him,” He told.
Senior Leader of PTI Bajaur chapter Mambar khan said that the disqualification of the Yousaf Raza gilani was the victory of every democratic person particularly for the PTI.
“The decision showed that all the citizen of the country should obey the rule of law and no one above from the law,” He said.
Senior Tribal elder and member of Mamond Peace committee Malik Khana wada khan also appreciated the Supreme Court order of disqualification of the prime minister Yousaf Raza giani and said that the decision would improved the rule of law in the country. “All the rulers of the country will take example for this historical order of the supreme court,” He said.

The supreme court order of the disqualification of  PM Gilani was a historical step in the history of judiciary in the country .  “the judgment  was a  victory of every person believed on democracy and supremacy of role of law,” he added .
