Tribesmen of the agency have showed great concern over the closing of PTV booster and demanded immediately restoration of its service.
Taking to reporter her at khar on Monday President Bajaur sports Association Nazir gull nadan along with Several heads of local sports organization condemned the suspension the service of PTV booster and said that due to the closing of the booster large numbers of people have been deprived from the watching of Cricket and others games .
He said that the booster was established with huge amount to facilitate the local fom Ptv broadcastingbut “but unfortunately The booster have been remained closed for the last several years,” he added.
President Bajaur Cricket Association Iqbal khan , President Sadiq Abad Cricket Association ,Izharul haq ,.President Bajaur foot ball association yaqub khan and President Mamond Cricket Association Zahir Mohammand also spook on the occasion .
They said that the booster is in working conditioned but due to the lake of interest of the concern official, the booster have been closed for the several months .
They said that people of the areas that have no facilities of satellite are facing hurdles of watching the TV programs especially watching of cricket matches between Pakistan and Sari lanka .
They demanded the government and official of the PTV to take series notice of the suspension of TV booster in the agency and the service of booster should be restore immediately.
Mean while an official of the Ptv booster in khar told this scribe that
the booster was running its services but due to some technical reason its service limited to only the khar area “ and its service would be soon extended to the other areas of the agency ,” he told ..
He said that in 2007 due the explosion in the booster, the tower and others equipments of the booster were badly damaged and the booster was recently repaired.
